4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding:

Laboratory results
Current diet
Existing products or formulations
Manufacturing information (for B2B projects)
Recommendations are based on the information provided.
5. Payments
All consultation fees must be paid according to the agreed quotation before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Customized consulting projects may require milestone payments.
6. Intellectual Property
All reports, formulations, calculations, documents, educational materials, and technical recommendations produced by Canfela remain intellectual property of Canfela unless ownership is transferred by written agreement.
Clients may use purchased deliverables only for their intended business or personal purposes.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential.
Business information, formulations, technical documents, manufacturing data, and research materials will not be disclosed to third parties without written permission unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every recommendation is based on current scientific evidence and professional expertise, Canfela cannot guarantee commercial success, manufacturing outcomes, or clinical results.
Clients remain responsible for implementation and operational decisions.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Customized formulation and technical consulting projects may not be refundable once work has begun.
