B2C inquiries (pet owners) are answered within 48 hours.
B2B inquiries (companies, manufacturers, partnerships)
are answered within 24 hours. If your request is urgent,
mention it in your message and we will prioritize accordingly.
Q: Should I contact you or book a service directly?
If you already know which service you need, booking
directly is faster — you'll skip the back-and-forth and
get straight into the queue. Use this contact form if
you have questions before booking, an unusual case, or
a custom project that doesn't fit our standard services.
